| Another act of modern slavery, this movement seeks to keep the black minority "enslaved" to the handout of the U.S. Federal Government. I have had a hearing problem that has made seeking employment difficult for me, but I have never relied on someone else to find me a job. You don't hear me whining about my disability and wanting Big Brother to GIVE me a job. I tackle it like any other of life's adversities... I size up the problem, then work to solve it. I keep at it until I prevail. I'm sick of hearing people whine that they can't get a job or a house or a pair of Jordache jeans (sarcasm) because of their skin color. For most of us, it's not the skin color that angers or annoys us, it's the "YOU OWE ME!" attitude. Since I have never owned a slave here in the U.S., I will NOT pay reparations! |
