| Post Office gave blacks passing scores when they took the test and failed, just to bring them into the work force. I think they owe the people plenty. They even gave them management jobs when they failed a test for supervisor; again just to move them up. Back in the 70's on the NYC police force when they failed the Sgt. exam they still gave them the position. All they get is a free ride, and they still complain. |
