Randall Robinson on Reparations
Who he is: Author of "The Debt", the book generally
considered to be the bible of the reparations movement.

Details: Randall Robinson's book "The Debt" was released in
1999. From there, the reparations movement went from a fringe element to a
quickly growing force in American politics. Previously Robinson founded
TransAfrica,
an organization created to study and influence American public policy
towards Africa.
